Problems you CANT report:

1. Password protected rar files (We do NOT have the passwords! (Read the FAQ, the password is often just in the title), however if you happen to have the password you can then (and only then!) report the password).
2. Installation problems, there are enough guides on the internet on how to install games, use google.
3. Need cracks/serial's, we don't have cracks or the serials.
4. Corrupt data inside a torrent (nuked releases, etc.), If one rar file is corrupt there is most likely a directory which contains the fix if there isn't we can't help you.
5. Any "unkown passkey", "Unknown host", etc. error messages from a tracker, those are sites where you need to register before you can download. See the FAQ for more information.
6. Tracker's offline, if it is, the torrent will be deleted automaticaly.
7. When you have problems with getting movies to work (missing sound, wrong codec etc.). Use google to find what codec to use.
8. Seed request's we don't have anything to do with the torrent so we can't "add a few seeds".

Problems you CAN report:

1. Offensive material.
2. Torrent in wrong section.
3. Torrent has a wrong name.
4. Spam torrents.
5. If you have the password for a specific torrent.
6. Other stuff that might be useful.
